A non-hierarchical framework is incorporated into the SSML to maintain equity among lab members. To speed up the research, we put a lot of emphasis on active collaboration between lab members and on working with other groups and people outside of the lab.
We welcome postdoctoral researchers and higher degree students (PhD, Masters, and Honours).
